They’re coming home! Thousands of American heroes booted from the military simply for refusing the COVID-19 jab are getting the call to return, thanks to President Trump.
Trump inked an executive order back in January demanding the Pentagon make things right for the nearly 8,000 troops kicked to the curb between 2021 and 2023 under the old vaccine mandate. Many others had already left voluntarily just to avoid it.
The move is already drawing attention.

If you were forced out over the vaccine refusal, the military brass will be contacting you directly. The good news? You could be eligible for back pay, benefits, and maybe even those bonuses you missed out on. If you left voluntarily to dodge the shot, you’ll need to reach out yourself via official channels and state your case – but don’t expect back pay.
The Department of Defense, now under Trump appointee Pete Hegseth, says it’s full steam ahead. Hegseth declared the goal is to “recruit and retain a force that meets the highest necessary standards” and bring back patriots to boost morale and readiness.
It’s a welcome course correction for service members who stood by their principles when faced with an unfair mandate. The Pentagon is now busy making those calls, aiming to undo the damage and strengthen our armed forces.
